WE ARE OPEN!

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please wear a face covering when coming to our facility or meeting us at your home.
County health officials have ordered everyone to wear face coverings when out in public and visiting essential businesses. This is for the safety of you, our team members, and the community. Thank you!

As we continue to monitor the situation of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are taking steps to help protect the health and well-being of our pet parents, partners, and team members.

For House Calls

As of 6/1/2020, we are resuming our house call services with some restrictions and limitations and adjusted safety protocols.

Upon our arrival, we will call/ text you. Dr. Inna and one of her assistants will meet you and your pet in an open space that has been set up in advance (garage, backyard, patio).

We will be using masks and will sanitize/wash our hands between patients and use other protective gear during the examination and treatment of your pet.

For in Clinic Visits

We continue seeing patients every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday with a scheduled appointment only. Upon your arrival, please call or text us at 415-254-9717 or 650-254-6282 and one of our team members will pick up your pet curbside. You must wear a mask when dropping off and picking up your pet.

We will then gently wipe your pet with waterless shampoo or another pet-friendly antiseptic solution.

We will be using masks and will sanitize/wash our hands between patients and use other protective gear during the examination and treatment of your pet.

Please be back to the clinic and in your car 5 minutes prior to the pick up time of your pet.

Thank you for your cooperation and for keeping everyone safe at this time.

WE'RE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER

We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will follow guidance from public health officials and government agencies, so we can continue to support our pet parents, colleagues, and communities as needed.
